After completing her BFA in Printmaking at the Maryland Institute College of Art, Christiane relocated to Philadelphia where she discovered the world of print and pattern at textile studio, Printfresh. Since helping to design and launch Printfresh’s sleepwear and lifestyle brand in 2018, Christiane has continued to collaborate with Founder and Creative Director Amy Voloshin, leading the surface design team, creating original prints and traveling to India to work with vendors on product development.

In addition to drawing and painting, Christiane is a member of the printmaking co-op BYO Print where she focuses on painterly, multi-color screenprints. She draws much of her inspiration from a lifelong love of plants and animals, passion for travel, and all of the vintage/antique art and crafts collected along the way.
